Do we Understand HER?

This is an occasion to write about her as we are moving rapidly towards Ultramodern culture, a high tech lifestyle, Concepts of life getting wider (in reality life is getting a narrow and self centered) we claim that we promote equality we are having so called women empowerment cells and ministries worldwide, we have schemes to make her feel empowered and liberated, for that matter we have a complete package for her so that she should come out and vote for us. We are so mean if something good happened to her we take the credit and if she is in trouble it is her fault. In fact Most of the things which exists alive are aware about the power she has. From ancient times she has proven her greatness and strength whenever required by humanity, for which giving example is injustice. Even though she is at a stage where she controls many, Most of us feel proud and dignity in controlling her. We are afraid of being controlled by her in any form. I feel sorry because this is how we are celebrating a day in a year for Her.

The reason I felt to write an article dedicated to her is I know that is how I can assure her that still there are men who not only respects, cares for her but also promise her the protection. In my one years tenure in a pharmaceutical company offering a wide range of medicines for all needs of a woman, one thing kept provoking me and made me furious was the Doctors and family members who enforced her to undergo sex determination test when she became pregnant. To my surprise most of the other side were women as family members and few lady doctors who supported this illegal and pervert act and equally contributed by authorities who conveniently made abortion drugs and treatments available very easily to Kill the girl fetus in womb. Is that an act by illiterates or poor? more surprising was highly qualified couples who paid loads of money to get this crime done. This is how we celebrate the Women's Day.

We talk about the modest urban society which has a special platform equipped with many opportunities for her to become self dependent. Special provisions for her to get good jobs. But Deliberately we ignore the struggle she still has to do to get her basic rights if she is alone. We do round table discussions and debates but do we take one small step in reality towards a safe and better living environment for her? This question of mine got answered when I traveled every day in public transport across almost all metros and non metros. The crowd where she is supposed to feel safe she is not safe she is not even treated with little respect. She is just a matter of fun for many of the crowd. She is victim whole day in front of the same eyes which claims she is safe. This is how we wish her Happy Women's Day

But My friends I feel confident that she can come out of toughest of situation without this weak support we just claim. I am convinced of Her power when she alone can climb Mount Everest, She can fly over universe She win against all odds. She Inspires me when she wash the Dishes in party and when get some food she keep it in her bag and carry it all the way to home just to feed her children and drunkard husband. She Inspires me when she takes an opportunity to be a porter and carries heavy luggage just like any other man when her father is bed ridden. She inspires me when she takes a task to teach moral to criminals and makes them human. Undoubtedly her spirit of living inspires me and makes me what I am and without her bearing pain for whole 9 months I am aware I could not see the beauty in this world. I have understood What she is and What she can give the world. The Question is When all of us will realize?

Wishing her a HAPPY WOMEN'S Day Without Understanding Her is Useless and injustice. And to understand no extra efforts time or cost is required. So Be proud of yourself if you are a woman and try to respect women if you are a real man this is all I wish to convey.
